  • Styles Music ships via UPS, Fed Ex and the United States Postal Service.

Where can I get my UPS tracking number?

o   The tracking numbers for each day’s shipped orders are in your order status, which can be located in the Order/Billing Info section of your account.

  • Does Styles Music pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise?

o   No, Styles Music does not pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise. We are not responsible for product defects, because we do not manufacture the products we carry. However, if you pay to send the item back to Styles Music, we will replace the item and ship the replacement to you at no charge. Styles Music will employ every resource it has to ensure that your item is replaced promptly, without hassle.

  • Does Stylesmusic.com ship internationally?

o   No, Stylesmusic.com does not currently ship internationally.

  • When will my package arrive?

o   Ground packages are only allowed to be delivered between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday in the U.S.

You can use your tracking number to obtain up-to-date information about the status of your package on the carriers website.

  • What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

o   First, verify that you’ve received a box for each tracking number associated with your order. If all boxes have been delivered but you’re still missing an item, check the packing material for small items. Please call Styles Music at (909) 621-0549.

  • Does Styles Music deliver to APO or FPO addresses?

o   No, we do not deliver to APO or FPO addresses.

  • Does Styles Music deliver to P.O. Boxes?

o   Styles Music does not ship to standard P.O. Boxes. However, Styles Music can ship to residential P.O. Boxes in rural areas.

  • Why was my order sent in multiple packages when it all could have fit in one box?

o   Styles Music may decide to package your items separately due to weight or size concerns.

 

  • Do shipping costs decrease when there are multiple items in an order?

o   When you order multiple items together, your shipping cost is usually reduced, according to weight and size, safety and insurance required. Simply place all items you wish to purchase in the shopping cart, pick your state and method of shipping and apply the shipping calculator.

  • Does my expedited shipping option (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, etc.) ensure my order will be shipped out the same day it is placed?

o   Unfortunately it does not. All orders are processed and shipped within our 1-2 business day processing timeframe, regardless of the shipping option selected. Although we do our best to ship out all orders the same day they are placed we can never guarantee same day shipping on any order. Processing time is not included in your shipping option, so an order shipped using next day air will arrive in one business day from the day it is shipped.
